Returns & Exchanges

Here at Lizzy Jay we love your support and want you to be happy with your purchase! We have created a return and exchange policy that you can be confident in.

Refunds: Currently we do not offer refunds back to your original form of payment. We will be happy to issue you a store credit once the item/items have been returned. This credit will be available for your use at a future date to use online for a new purchase! Please let us know within 14 days of purchasing to be eligible for an exchange or credit.

Size exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size you can email us at lizzyjayboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Anything after the 14 days will not be eligible for an exchange or credit. One we receive your returned item we will ship out the exchanged piece. If we don't have your size in stock for the exchange we will give you store credit that you can use on another purchase!

Sale items: all sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for any return, store credit or exchanges.

Sending back returns/exchangesWe do not cover the shipping cost for returning any returns and or exchanges. However we will cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

Item must be unworn, unwashed and with tags (if applicable) still attached.
Items must be free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or any other stains

We are not responsible for lost return packages.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) do not meet the above listed criteria.
Once we receive your return we will let you know! We recommend keeping your tracking number just so you are also able to follow your return and make sure it gets back to us!
